Peter Boast - Flat Track Legend

Pete Boast is a renowned British motorcycle racer with a career spanning decades. Having started riding scramble bikes as a child, he went on to excel in various disciplines, including speedway, trials, enduro, flat track, and road racing.

Pete’s racing career highlights include becoming the first European to compete professionally in the American AMA flat track series. He is credited with introducing flat track racing to the UK in 2005.

Pete later became British and European Flat Track Champion, adding to his Premier League Speedway title with Sheffield.

His long career in road racing spans from IOM TT in the 80’s, BSB in the 90’s right to riding for Team Classic Suzuki in the European Endurance in 2000, with team mates Guy Martin and John Reynolds.

Pete began his coaching career in the early 90’s on tarmac and dirt. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he established Champions Flat Track School here in Glentham to share his expertise with aspiring riders.

Pete’s coaching has helped numerous racers improve their skills and achieve success and has also helped many young riders to further their careers.
